Moonlight Ballet is honoured to have been invited to perform in the first-ever fall edition of U of T Festival of Dance. The company first debuted a pilot version of their one-act ballet "Moonlight" at the U of T Festival of Dance on March 31st, 2023.
Moonlight Ballet dancers will perform 2 pieces of company repertoire on October 14th at the historic Hart House Theatre.
Moonlight Soirée
August 2023
Moonlight Soirée: a spellbinding night of ballet including World Premieres by Toronto's Newest Ballet Company, Moonlight Ballet.
Curated and directed by Alena Loboda, the evening will feature the company's first one-act ballet, "Moonlight" set to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. The program will also include a selection of new and re-envisioned classical and neoclassical works and one 20-minute intermission.
Soirée is a French term used to describe an elegant evening social gathering characterized by its inviting ambiance, art, and conversation. Elegance is encouraged, masquerade masks are optional!
